Varun Beverages has set Friday, April 4, 2025, as the date of record to identify the shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend distribution. The record date serves to determine which equity shareholders are eligible to receive the final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ending December 31, 2024.
The final dividend, upon approval by the equity shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 3, 2025, will be distributed starting Monday, April 7, 2025, to those shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Register of Members or in the list of beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as of Friday, April 4, 2025.
