Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has announced the Jio AI-Cloud Welcome offer during the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM). One of the most significant announcements centred around the company’s ambitious vision of “AI Everywhere For Everyone” through Connected Intelligence.
Ambani unveiled the Jio AI-Cloud Welcome offer, which aims to provide Jio users with access to cloud storage solutions. “Today, I am announcing that Jio users will get up to 100 GB of free cloud storage, to securely store and access all their photos, videos, documents, all other digital content, and data,” the Reliance Chairman stated during the AGM.
He emphasized that this offer is not just about providing free storage, but also about making advanced AI-driven services accessible to a broader audience. “We will also have the most affordable prices in the market for those needing even higher storage,” Ambani added, signaling Jio’s intent to disrupt the cloud storage market with competitive pricing.
