Quiz championship in Alappuzha – The Hindu

The event, aimed at identifying the official quiz champion school in the district, will be held at Mary Immaculate High School, Poomkavu at 9.30 a.m.

Students in classes 8 to 12 can participate in two-member teams. Only students registered as quiz players on the IQA Asia portal are eligible to compete. Each school can register a maximum of five teams.

The competition will be conducted in two stages- a preliminary round and a final round. Teams that perform well in the finals will receive certificates and cash awards. The team securing first prize will be awarded the District Collector’s Trophy and their school will be designated as the official quiz champion school of the district. The champion team will also qualify for the State-level competition.

Students are first required to register individually as quiz players on the IQA Asia portal using the link- https://iqa.asia/registration/. The registration fee is ₹177. After the individual registration, students or schools can register for the district-level competition using the Google form link: https://forms.gle/eaE3imxwNkpUVXZG8
