Festival Art Fest 2024 to be Organized for Artists: Application Process Begins


Navkar World Record to host the festival, allowing participation from photographers, reel video creators, content creators, painters, singers, actors, dancers, comedians, musicians, and writers.

Indore [SD News Agency]: India’s ‘Namaste Parv’ is celebrated with great enthusiasm, and to mark this festive season, Ms. Shraddha Jain, Chairperson of Navkar World Record, has announced a special event for emerging artists across the country. The festival, aimed at promoting Indian art, will commence on September 7, 2024, and continue until December 31, 2024.

Festival Highlights and Key Dates

Ms. Shraddha Jain shared that the festival will kick off on September 7, coinciding with the arrival of Lord Ganesha. This date also marks the beginning of Kshamapana Day for the Shwetambar Jain community and Anjali Dashlakshan Parva for Digambar Jains. Following this, Shraddh Paksha, Navdurga, Diwali, and finally, Christmas and New Year’s Eve in December will be celebrated with great joy.

Special Opportunity for Talents

The festival welcomes participants in categories such as photography, reel video content, painting, acting, singing, dancing, comedy, musical instruments, and writing. Any citizen of Indian origin is eligible to take part.

To participate:

  • Painting enthusiasts must submit their artwork to Navkar World Record’s office.
  • Singers and dancers need to send their audition tracks and dancing videos online.

Selection and Awards

Ten artists will be selected from each category, and their names will be registered in the Navkar World Record. These talents will be showcased globally through an online TV show.

At every stage of the festival, five winners will be chosen, and the prizes will be as follows:

  • First Prize: ₹25,000
  • Second Prize: ₹20,000
  • Third Prize: ₹15,000
  • Fourth Prize: ₹10,000
  • Fifth Prize: ₹5,000

Additionally, all winners will receive a Navkar World Record certificate and an opportunity for media branding and publicity, which will be carried out in 14 Indian languages.

Jury and Contact Information

A jury panel comprising:

  • 3 Padma Shri awardees
  • 5 international artists
  • 3 senior journalists

will be formed to select artists in a phased manner over 11 days.
