19-year-old delivery executive found dead at under-construction building

The deceased has been identified as Prakash, a resident of Mahadevapura, worked as a delivery executive.

According to the police, Prakash left his house at around 7.30 p.m. informing his father that he was going out but did not return. Investigations revealed Prakash went to an under-construction building near Doddanekundi and reportedly ended his life.

The Mahadevapura police have registered an Unnatural Death Report (UDR) and are awaiting the post-mortem report to ascertain the cause of death. The police are also analyzing the victim’s call records and CCTV footage in and around the area to ascertain the facts.

“As of now no foul play was observed. However, the investigation is continuing”, a senior police officer said.
