“Ensuring access to modern technology for everyone aligns with our Prime Minister’s economic vision. Currently, we offer the most cost-effective computing facility,” the IT Minister added.
India’s IT Minister has also commended Chinese startup DeepSeek for disrupting the AI landscape with its cost-effective assistant, drawing parallels to the Indian government’s push for an indigenous AI model. Addressing concerns over data privacy, he assured that DeepSeek would be hosted on Indian servers to safeguard user information.
